Article Marketing Service
Billing:
We pre-bill your order upon receipt of this agreement. Your begin date is determined by our current workload. Most submissions begin within two weeks.
There are 2 types of programs, monthly recurring and one time orders. We pre-bill monthly orders each month for the total number of articles purchased for that month. The exception is if you received a prepayment discount, where you prepaid for a recurring monthly order in advance.
Refunds and Cancellations:
Once the article writing/submission process is started it cannot be cancelled. This is due to the intensive amount of work that we implement at the beginning of each order
If we do not provide you with guaranteed number of accepted articles that are indexed by one of the top 3 Search Engines (Google, MSN, Yahoo), each containing a link to your site within 90 days from the date submissions starts, we will refund you for the number of articles we did not place. Pro-rated per article based on the placed article guarantee.
Resellers (if applicable):
If you are reselling this service by signing this TOS on behalf of your client, you confirm and accept all liability and you hold us from any and all claims. It is understood by us that you explained this service to your client and that they fully understand what this service entails.
AMS Order Definition:
An Article Marketing Service Order refers to one of the following:
Standard – 15 Guaranteed accepted articles with links
• Writing a single article between 450-500 characters and submitting each article to 75-125 sites that accept articles.
• OR Submitting an article provided by you, the client, to 75-125 sites that accept articles.
Professional – 20 Guaranteed accepted articles with links
• Writing a single article between 750 – 1500 characters and submitting each article to 125-200 sites that accept articles.
• OR Submitting an article provided by you, the client, to 125-200 sites that accept articles.
Article Writing:
You have the option of providing the articles to us or have us write the articles for you.
If you choose to provide an article, we must approve it before submission. If we do not approve the article, we will ask for revisions, or we can make the revisions for an added fee.
If we are writing the article, we require that you complete a questionnaire that guides us to writing in a style and tone that fit your requirements. We strongly encourage that you answer each of the questions to the best of your ability. If we are not given enough information, we will write the article based on what information is provided.
If a rewrite is required, resulting from the lack of information provided, we reserve the right to invoice you for a new article if you supplied the article or invoice you for revision fees for articles we developed.
If a rewrite is needed resulting from a mistake on our part, we will rewrite the article at no charge.
We must approve all articles before we will submit them. We will send you a separate agreement for each article purchased.
Article Submission Practices:
We start by searching for relevant sites to submit your article(s). We will submit your article to general article sites as well. Our team of article submission professionals submits each article manually. Articles sites typically accept an article in 1-5 weeks. It could take an additional few weeks to be indexed by any search engines and to see possible results. Other sites may pick up your articles indirectly from the sites we submit to.
Reports:
You will receive a report 2 weeks after the start of submissions and every 2 weeks until the order is complete. Your reports include the following details: • Sites that accepted your article, were indexed by one of the top 3 search engines (Google, MSN, Yahoo), and contain a link to your site from the articles.
• Sites that have accepted your article, were indexed by one of the top 3 search engines (Google, MSN, Yahoo), and did not contain links to your site
Guarantee:
We submit to the agreed number of sites. We guarantee 20 accepted articles with links and for the ‘Professional’ and 15 accepted articles with links for the ‘Basic’ service. We only count articles indexed by one of the top 3 Search Engines (Google, MSN, Yahoo), and contain links back to your site. Site owners determine the link text in the links pointing back to your site from your articles. We cannot and do not guarantee the link text. In most cases, your link text will be your URL. This works well since Google loves natural looking links. The relevant content page is the most powerful aspect of this program.
Most article sites archive articles indefinitely; however, we do not guarantee that an article will stay up on any particular site for any given amount of time.
We do not guarantee PageRank. The benefits of this service are not intended to boost PageRank, but to increase relevant back links and traffic.
Any Guarantee stated in the offer/ agreement is agreed to as written in the document and supersedes any and all other communications whether electronic, written or verbal.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability:
You agree that we are not liable or responsible for any penalties, lost income, or legal matters that may arise due to your article submission order. We take due diligence to use industry accepted practices only to submit your articles, but we cannot control what Google or other search engines consider to be acceptable at any given time. It is understood that you have taken due diligence to research our methodologies and that you agree to our submission practices. There are hundreds of factors that determine your ranking and levels of your search engine acceptability, some of which is the content on your site and your outbound linking practices, all of which we have no control over. We are linking experts; if you follow our advice and rules, there is little chance of any search engine penalties. You confirm and agree that you will not hold us responsible for any penalties or loss of rankings that occur on your site. Jurisdiction:
This Agreement shall be interpreted and construed under the laws of The State of Arizona, USA. The parties agree that any action brought by either party against the other shall be brought in The State of Arizona, USA and the parties do hereby waive all questions of personal jurisdiction or venue for carrying out this provision.
